Phase locked frequency doubling crystal oscillator adopts phase locked frequency synthesis technology. main feature is that the voltage controlled oscillator in the loop uses a voltage controlled crystal oscillator, which has a better phase noise than the general voltage controlled oscillator. The introduction makes the phase-locked loop have a better remote phase. Due to the existence of the loop filter, the phase noise of the phase-locked crystal oscillator at the near end is related to the phase of the reference signal, which worsens by 20 logN. The phase noise at the end is determined by the phase of the voltage controlled crystal oscillator.
