Il Cerreto's ancient durum wheat Spaghetti are a made in Italy pasta made with raw materials of Tuscan origin. Only ancient durum wheats of the "Cappelli" and "Turanico" varieties, among the most prized, are used for this pasta. The pasta is bronze-drawn, a process that leaves the pasta "rough" and suitable for holding sauces once plated, and then dried at low temperatures to preserve all its organoleptic properties intact.
