Beco Aquatwin Aqua-Fit Aid

The Beco AquaTwin's provides enough buoyancy, so that you can move freely and unconnected in the water without any additional buoyancy aids.  In particular, they provide effective training for the lower extremities: whether in shallow or deep water, during aqua jogging or aquatic fitness training. The buoyancy and additional resistance on the legs lets all the muscle groups in the legs, buttocks, and tummy come into play   The AquaTwin also provides optimum training for the upper body: like with AquaDiscSZ there are two openings hidden in the €œtwin€ which can be €œgrasped€ with thumb and finger.  In this way arm, shoulder, chest and back muscles can also get a good work out.
