DC sensor switch with inductive current sensing - Current range and output: 1-200 A sensing; contact rating 5 A at 240 V AC/DC; requires no external power supply and can deliver a PLC input signal of 10-30 VDC. - Fireproof and durable: thick housing provides excellent fire resistance and flame retardancy with high strength, high temperature resistance, and stable performance. - Perforated isolation induction design: when the current reaches the set threshold, the switch outputs a signal that can drive a relay, contactor, or PLC. It automatically resets when current falls below the set value. - Adjustable threshold and high-conductivity terminals: adjustable threshold, large switching contact capacity, fast response, and no mechanical noise or sparks when opening or closing. Designed for unlimited switching cycles. Applications - Overcurrent detection in AC/DC power lines up to 200 A for safety interlock and automation. - PLC or relay control: triggers automation when current reaches the set value. - Motor or heater protection by monitoring overload current and initiating protective actions.
