Description

The Decaffeinated Peru Pod from Les Cafés Dagobert is a coffee obtained with the use of water (H2O) for the extraction of caffeine. The green beans are rinsed for a long time with fresh water, the caffeine being dissolved in the water. The decaffeinated beans are dried with hot air and cooled in a stream of cold air. They are then roasted. It is the healthiest method which allows this coffee to keep its suave, fragrant and very tasty taste. The Dagobert pod is made from Abaca fibers, a species close to banana trees originating in the Philippines and widely distributed in tropical regions. Thanks to this natural fiber, the Dagobert Dosette preserves the freshness and taste of coffee. organic
