To boil eggs has never been easier than with this egg cooker for a microwave oven. Place the egg in the egg cooker by separating its two parts, adding water, and inserting it into the microwave. You decide how long to cook the egg based on your preference for soft-boiled or hard-boiled results. Cooking times vary by microwave wattage: approximately 5.5 minutes at 500W for soft-boiled and 8 minutes for hard-boiled; 5 minutes for soft-boiled and 7 minutes for hard-boiled at 600W. Once cooked, use the base of the egg cooker as an egg cup.
