If The Throttle Is Not In The Middle Position When Power-on, The Led Will Flash Intermittently. Then You Need To Adjust The Throttle Position To The Middle Point And The Esc Can Work Only When The Led Is On . If The Throttle Signal Is Lost And The Led Flashes Quickly, The Motor Will Stop. Note: If One Receiver Uses Two Escs At The Same Time, You Need To Cut Off The Red Positive Wire In The Middle Of The Bec Signal Wires Of One Esc. One Esc Can Supply Power To The Receiver, And If Two Escs Supply Power To The Receiver At The Same Time, It Will Be Burnt. The Esc Is Not Waterproof.
