FT232RNL USB-C UART Interface Module

An industrial-grade USB-C UART interface module built with the original FT232RNL controller. Dimensions: ~3.5 cm × 1.5 cm × 0.8 cm; mass: ~10 g. Enclosure: blue flame-retardant plastic with metal-reinforced USB-C socket. Configurable VCCIO via 2-pin jumper: choose between dedicated 5 V input, dedicated 3.3 V input, or unconnected mode accepting 3.3–5 V input range. Integrated PWR, TXD and RXD LEDs give intuitive hardware-level visibility into link status and data exchange. Five key UART signals — TXD, RXD, GND, CTS# and RTS# — are output via 2.54 mm pitch right-angled male headers for direct breadboard or prototype board mounting. Additional FT232RNL functionality (DTR#, DSR#, DCD#) is accessible via labelled solder pads — supporting tailored integration in production test fixtures or educational kits. Verified plug-and-play operation across Windows (7/8/8.1/10/11), Linux (kernel 2.6+), Android (OTG enabled), and WinCE — no additional drivers required.
