GLA Drinkable Oil 100 ml

The vegetable fatty oil GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) is an omega 6 acid, a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids that participate in many processes in the body. Gamma-linolenic acid is a polyunsaturated omega 6 fatty acid (GLA). Food sources of GLA are vegetable seed oils, such as evening primrose, borage, black currant, and hemp. GLA provides a trade-off for the typical (often unhealthy) Western diet. For example, when you take too many (too many) trans fatty acids, saturated fat, alcohol, and sugar. In addition, the topical use of GLA is also often recommended to care for the skin in a localized way. GLA is an important omega 6 fatty acid. Our body can make it on its own from linoleic acid. However, this conversion is not very efficient in most cases. Our body does not always manage to convert linoleic acid into GLA, for example, due to a lack of cofactors such as vitamin B, magnesium, zinc and calcium, or because the enzyme responsible for the process does not work optimally. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon of tea 1-2 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry place and at room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children.
