Multi-guard® methyl 60 tablets

Multi-Guard® Methyl from Lamberts is a food supplement based on 24 vitamins and minerals, ideal for those over 40 years of age and also for vegetarians. Contains, among others: Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 in their bioactive forms such as Quatrefolic® (6S) -5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate and Methylcobalamin. Vitamin B3 in the form of Nicotinamide. Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Selenium and Chromium. Vitamin D3, more bioavailable than the vitamin D2 used by the competition. Vitamin K2 (75µg) in the form of Menaquinone-7 and contains higher concentrations of Vitamin A than most competitive formulas. It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a meal. It does not contain calcium. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of young children.
