Gather the required tools: wrench, inflation connector, large carbon dioxide tank, and an empty quick-connect soda bottle. 2. Loosen the release screw, then use a wrench to attach the inflation connector to your W21.8-14 threaded large carbon dioxide tank. 3. Secure the empty bottle into the filling station. 4. Tighten the release valve to lock the cylinder in place. This critical step ensures safe operation and is a key feature of the design, allowing safer CO2 bottle filling compared to standard filling valves. 5. Slowly open the valve on the large carbon dioxide tank to fill the soda bottle with gas. After approximately 15 to 20 seconds, the bottle will be fully charged. 6. Once filling is complete, close the valve on the large CO2 tank, then loosen the release valve to vent any residual pressure. Remove the filled soda bottle.
