Reverse Pulse Stepper Motor Controller

This ZK-SMC01 controller supports bidirectional motion control with dedicated forward and reverse pulse programming (1–9999 pulses each), plus independent delay settings (0.0–999.9 s) for both directions. Designed for single-axis common-cathode stepper motors, it runs on DC 5–30V and includes an LCD display, reverse polarity protection, and TTL serial interface. Core capabilities include automatic sequencing, manual jogging, parameter configuration, and serial command execution. Users may define up to 128 motion segments, set speed from 0.1–999 rpm, specify cycle counts up to 9999, and retain all settings after power loss. Intended for general industrial use only, it operates reliably between –5°C and 60°C (non-condensing) in plastic housing—unsuitable for medical, fire safety, or life-critical applications.
