Customer covers shipping (initial and return) and no restocking fee applies if item is brand new. Brand new includes all packaging, tags, etc in perfect condition. Items which are not brand new may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or not accepted at all.  All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us for return RMA and return address.  Please note that RMA # does not guarantee final disposition for a return and all returns are inspected before any credit would be given. Customer should use a trackable, insured return service. If item is damaged or lost in transit to us, customer would need to file a claim with their return carrier and we would not be able to process the return.  Shipping fees are non-refundable, including expedited shipping, even if item is defective or arrives later than estimated. If parts are missing or damaged, we will send replacement parts if available or it may be processed as a standard return.
