The TPA3255 is a high-performance Class D power amplifier with Class D efficiency and true high-end sound quality. The device features an advanced integrated feedback design and proprietary high-speed gate driver error correction (PurePath Ultra HD). This technology allows the device to maintain ultra-low distortion across the entire audio frequency band while delivering perfect sound quality. The device operates in AD mode with a maximum output of 600WX2/2R or 300WX2/4 ohm and 200WX2/8 ohm load and has a unique 2 VRMS analog input interface that supports seamless connection with high-performance DACs (such as TI's PCM5242). In addition to excellent audio performance, the TPA3255 combines high power efficiency with ultra-low power level idle losses (less than 2.5W).
