Description

Ultrasonic atomization nozzles operate in two stages. In the first stage, the liquid is mixed with compressed air to create initial atomization, producing fine droplets that are ejected from the nozzle. Upon exiting, these droplets encounter an ultrasonic generator located at the nozzle tip, where they undergo a second stage of atomization, resulting in further reduction in droplet size. The key advantage lies in the integrated ultrasonic generator at the nozzle's front end. As the fluid passes through, it drives high-frequency oscillations in the generator, which further breaks down the droplets. This dual-stage process produces a more uniform droplet distribution and superior atomization compared to conventional two-fluid nozzles.
