Wheat germ 250 g

Located at the heart of the grain, the wheat germ contains all the elements necessary to give rise to the plant. Fresh and fragile, the germ is recovered during the milling of the wheat and then delicately stabilized to guarantee its organoleptic qualities. Consumed daily, wheat germ is a nutritional ingredient that provides you with all its natural richness in antioxidants such as vitamin E and zinc. These trace elements help protect cells from oxidative stress. Zinc, combined with iron, also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Iron and magnesium help reduce fatigue. *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. Wheat germ is used as a seasoning for sprinkling. Its cereal flavor is mild. It pairs well with all your preparations and can be sprinkled on salads, vegetables, or added to dairy products. 2 tablespoons a day (approximately 10 g) cover at least 20% of vitamin E needs and 17% of zinc needs. Allergens: Gluten. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
