Soñamel is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets coated with TDC. This technology allows for a targeted release of ingredients, so that each ingredient will help in the phase of sleep that is needed. The Soñamel ingredients are distributed in two layers: In the outer layer is the sleep hormone, which is released quickly allowing immediate action, helping to fall asleep. At the core, of sustained release, are GABA, Valerian, Passionflower and Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 that are released gradually and sustained over time to help increase the hours of sleep and improve its quality, ensuring a restful sleep. It is recommended to take 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
